Smoked salmon spaghetti
A very fresh recipe that will fill your stomach. The smoked salmon goes perfectly with the spaghetti and broccoli. In short, an incredible quick-cooked recipe.
200g smoked salmon, chopped
500g pkt Coles broccoli, florets frozen
250ml light cream for cooking
2 teaspoons lemon zest, finely grated
2 teaspoons Coles baby capers
1 tablespoon dill, chopped, plus extra sprigs, to serve
Cook spaghetti, according to packet directions, in a large pan of boiling, salted water.
When pasta is almost al dente, add broccoli. Cover and return to the boil, then uncover and cook a further 2 mins, or until pasta is ready.
Drain and return to the pan. Add cream, salmon, lemon zest, capers and dill. Toss to combine and heat through. Season to taste, top with extra dill sprigs and serve immediately.
