Emblematic terrine from the south of France in the Perigord region. Mix between duck meat and pork meat for the terrine part and a 25% foie gras insert in the middle, mixed with aromatics (nutmeg, shallot, Armagnac, port wine, pepper…).
Clean label – no additives or preservatives.
Very good aspect after slicing due to the foie gras insert. 100% French meat inside (duck, pork, foie gras). Comes in a terrine container of 1kg, about 15 serves out of it.
