Vintage Farmhouse Cheddar from Ivy's Reserve. Made from their Grandmother's recipe that was perfected almost a century ago. Formed into the shape of a heart, this vintage cheddar is specially selected and aged for up to 18 months under wood until it takes on a very particular creaminess, complexity of flavour and a nutty rounded finish.
Who is Ivy's Reserve?
Ivy’s Reserve is named after Ivy Clothier, their grandmother, who perfected the recipe around 1930. Using milk from the herds tended by her husband Tom just a stones throw from the Somerset village of Cheddar, she fine-tuned a method of making vintage Cheddar that’s won countless awards over the years.
