Very easy to use.
You need to boil salted water and cook your mushrooms still frozen inside this water for a duration of 5 minutes, drain them well. You can even drain them overnight. Then you are free to cook them as if they were fresh mushrooms, with some Isigny Sainte- Mere butter & garlic for instance.
