They have four specialized factories divided by product, which allows them to include in their range all the options of cured product (hams, pallets, loins, sausages and sausages) as well as slices and fresh produce.

They are located in Guijuelo (Salamanca), in the foothills of the Sierra de Béjar and the Gredos, optimal situation for the natural cure of most of their products.
