Top of the pop of our terrine's selection. The fusion between Godard’s 2 specialities, foie gras and truffles.
Made from fresh extra quality foie gras from the Perigord only carefully deveined by experts and cooked at low temperature of 70°C. 2 layers of winter black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum), subtle taste very well conveyed by the fattiness of the foie gras.
Clean label with no additives; only foie gras, truffle (6% In total, very big amount), salt and pepper. Comes in a terrine container of 500g, about 10 to 12 serves. Take out of the fridge 10/15mins before serving and slice with a knife dipped in hot water
