A beautifully layered terrine composed of pork, duck liver (both 100% French) mixed with nuggets of Tuber Brumale truffle for the base; 2 layer of foie gras in the middle for maximum pleasure at degustation.
Needs to be sliced with a knife dipped in warm water to keep the full texture and layering intact and taken out of the fridge 10/15 min before slicing. Comes in a terrine container of 1kg, about 15 serves out of it.
