Delivery

GENERAL

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We offer free delivery for orders over VND 1.500.000. Orders below VND 1.500.000 will include a delivery charge of VND 150.000.

Our delivery time is from 10am to 5pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.

Delivery days will be notified to you after your order has been placed, and generally takes place two to five days from your order date. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date and will notify you.

The frozen and chilled products cannot be delivered outside of Ho Chi Minh City area.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE VIETNAM

We do not presently ship to destinations outside Vietnam as food products are often problematic with Customs regulations.
