Very original recipe mixing the shin shank of a beef (tasty part, normally used for slow cook) with a delicate foie gras insert in the middle.
About 20% foie gras in one kilo (200g); very good aspect after slicing due to the insert. 100% French meat inside (beef and foie gras).
Come in a terrine container of 1kg, about 15 serves out of it.
