Everyone knows about sandwiches, everyone eats them, it's normal because you can put whatever you want in them and it's easy to make.

A sandwich with seafood may seem strange, but it is so good!

Ingredients

½ pounds cooked lobster meat
6 slices bacon (about 6 ounces), cooked until crispy, chopped
½ cup lemon aioli
2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
1 tablespoon finely diced celery
1 tablespoon finely diced fennel bulb
1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian parsley leaves
Fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
6 hot dog buns
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup arugula

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the lobster, bacon, Lemon Aioli, onion, celery, fennel, and parsley in a bowl and gently mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Lightly brush each hot dog roll with the egg and season with salt. Bake in the oven until golden, 3 to 4 minutes.
Fill each hot dog bun with the lobster salad. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and arugula and serve immediately.
