Smoothies are so refreshing and so good for the body that in the summer it's not a crime to have several. And what's more, you can put any fruit you like in them.
This tropical smoothie recipe is a blend of mango, pineapple, banana and Greek yoghurt, all mixed together to create a creamy and refreshing drink. The perfect breakfast or snack option that’s loaded with nutrients!
1 cup Capfruit pineapple purée
1 cup Capfruit mango purée
1 banana (peeled and diced)
200 milliliters Greek-style yogurt
Place the pineapple purée, mango purée, banana, and Greek-style yoghurt in a blender; blend until completely smooth.
Pour the smoothie into your glasses and add optional garnishes if desired. Serve immediately.
